摘要
综述了前人关于气体流经填充床时阻力损失的研究工作;用实验方法研究了填充球蓄热室的阻力特性,即气体流速、蓄热体直径、球层高度和孔隙度对阻力损失的影响;用Ergun方程形式整理实验数据,得出方程中的两个常数分别为229和1.96;考虑蓄热室壁对球层的气流分布的影响,提出气流速度的修正系数为1.5d/D。
The previous studies on pressure drop of packed bed are reviewed.The factors influencing resistance of packed bed regenerator,i.e.,gas velocity,diameter of packed ball,height of packed bed and void fraction on the pressure drop have been experimentally investigated.The experimental results can be formulated in the form of the Ergun Equation and two coefficients 229 and 1.96 are determined.Considering the influence of the wall of the regenerator on gas distribution,the modified coefficient of velocity is suggested to be 15d/D
