摘要
分析总结了国内转炉溅渣护炉的生产经验,提出:①溅渣护炉的合理渣量为:Qs=0.301Wn(n=0.583~0.650);②转炉参数与合理溅渣参数的关系为:H·dD=16.24+0.60Q·hd0.33·t;③适宜溅渣的合理终渣成分为:R=2.8~3.5,(TFe)=10%~15%,MgO>8%;④转炉出钢温度对炉龄的影响为:n=208529-120.9t。
The operation experience of slag splashing on different domestic converters is investigated,so the following conclusions and formulas are put forward in this article(1) Reasonable slag amount for slag splashing is Qs=0301Wn(n=0583~0650);(2) Relation between the operation parameters of converters and that of slag splashing is H·dD=1624+060Q·hd033·t;(3) Reasonable composition of end point slag for slag splashing is R=28~35,(TFe)=10 %~15 %,MgO>8 %;(4) Effect of end point temperature on the lining life of converter can be formulated as :n=208529-1209t
