安钢新1号高炉的建设及生产实践

DESIGN AND PERFORMANCE OF NEW NO1 BF ATANYANG IRON AND STEEL CO.,LTD.

介绍了安钢新１号高炉在１９９５年建设中采用的新技术、新工艺和开炉后的生产效果。高炉投产后７天达产，一个月后利用系数为２．５４ｔ／（ｍ３·ｄ）１９９６年产铁３０．３４万ｔ，平均利用系数２．７６ｔ／（ｍ３·ｄ）。

In this article,the advanced techniques,new technology adopted in the design and the performance of new No.1 BF at Anyang Iron and Steel Co.,Ltd are introduced.The designed productivity was reached on seventh day after blowingin,the annual output of 3034 thousands ton and the average utilization rate of 276 t/(m3·d)were achieved in 1996.
