阿托伐他汀对不稳定型心绞痛早期血清高敏C反应蛋白的影响 被引量:13

摘要 目的:观察阿托伐他汀对老年不稳定型心绞痛(UAP)患者早期血清高敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)的影响。方法:选择老年UAP 75例,随机分为治疗组38例、对照组37例。治疗组给予阿托伐他汀20 mg/d睡前服用,对照组按UAP常规治疗,分别观察两组服药前、后不同时间血清hs-CRP水平。结果:两组治疗前和治疗后1d血清hs-CRP浓度无明显区别,治疗后1周和15天时治疗组hs-CRP显著低于治疗前及对照组同期检测值(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论:阿托伐他汀可明显降低老年UAP患者早期血清hs-CRP水平,减轻炎症反应,对降低心脏事件发生率、改善预后有重要意义。
