摘要
介绍了山东省风能资源的潜力与优势,通过分析山东省风电建设中存在的问题,提出了"统筹规划"、"分级接入"和"联合送出"的风电发展利用模式。探讨了大规模风电场并网运行对电源结构、电网结构、运行产生的影响,并对风电接入电网及运行提出建议。
This paper introduces the potentials and advantages of wind power resource in Shandong Province, then a wind power developing and applying pattern entitled ＂overall planning＂, ＂hierarchical connection＂ and ＂united delivery＂ is proposed. Furthermore, the influence of integration of large scale wind power farms to power source structure, grid structure and operation production is analyzed and suggestions on wind power integration and operation are put forward.
