骨伤科患者住院期间死亡相关因素分析

Factor analysis correlated to the death of patients with bone injury during the duration of hospital stay

目的:探讨骨伤科患者住院期间死亡的相关因素。方法:对10年间收治的82359例骨伤科患者中住院期间死亡136例进行了分析,并与10年前分析作相应对比[1]。结果:骨伤科住院患者住院期间死亡以损伤部位统计较10年前统计发生了许多变化,以颅脑损伤最为多见,占31.62%;其次为肺栓塞综合征,占27.21%。结论:骨伤科住院患者在住院后应严密观察其各种病情变化,进一步掌握损伤的病因病理,并进行正确及时的诊断和治疗,以进一步降低住院期间死亡率。

Objective：To investigate the relevant factors of death of orthopedic patients. Methods：To analyze 136 cases of death from 82359 cases of treated patients with bone imjury in recent 10years on causa mortis, etiological factor and pathological features, and compare the datas to those of 10 years ago. Results：There had many changes happened on statistics of injured parts compared with those of 10 years to death of patients during the duration of hospital stay. The first part was craniocerebral injury and accounted to 31.62%. The second was pulmonary embolism and also accounted to 27.21%. Conclusion： Those patients with bone injury during the duration of hospital stay should be observed closely and all changes on pathogenetic condition, the etiological factor and pathological features of injury might be mastered further, correct and prompt diagnosis and treatment must be done. All above could depress the death rate of patients with hone imjury during the duration of hospital stay further.
