摘要
目的:探讨补肾活血方对应力改变后椎间盘自身修复和延缓退变能力的影响及影响机制。方法:利用6个月龄的SD大鼠,作椎间盘损伤模型,给与补肾活血方治疗,设阴性及阳性对照组,观察椎间盘成纤维细胞超微结构、能量代谢、Ⅰ型胶原蛋白相关基因mRNA的表达。结果:补肾活血方剂能提高SOD活力,减少MDA的生成。活化成纤维细胞,促进成纤维细胞合成胶原纤维。上调Ⅰ型胶原mRNA的表达,促进Ⅰ型胶原蛋白的合成。延缓和对抗椎间盘组织退化。结论:补肾活血方具有激活成纤维细胞合成胶原的作用,对抗和延缓椎间盘的退变。
Objective :To approach the influence and it' s effected mechanism of BUSHENHUOXUEFANG (BSHXF, a TCM composition) to the capabilities of self-repairring and postponning degeneration when the stress of disci intervertebralis was changed. Method: SD rats with six months were choosed for the experiment and made for the models with discus intervertebralis injuried. BSHXF was used for therapy. Then they were divided into two groups, negative control group and positive control group. Such items were observed as fine strut, tures of collagenoblast, energy metabolism and the expression of reRAN on related gene of type I collagen protein fiber in disci intervertebralis, Results: BSHXF could elevate the vigours of SOD, decrease the productions of MDA, activate collagenoblast to compose collagen fibers and promote coUagenoblast turn to collagen fibers. At the same time it could up-regulate the expression of mRNA in type I collagen and promote the composition of type I collagen protein, postpone and antagonize the degeneration of organization in discus intervertebralis. Conclusion: BSHXF had the function of activating collagenobtast to compose collogen, and could antagonize and postpone the degeneration of discus intervertebralis.
