摘要
运用ANSYS程序对圆柱形锻件镦粗过程实施弹塑性有限元数值模拟,从数值计算的角度研究锻件镦粗工序中的应力应变场,给出了各种高径比对称中心点附近不利于裂纹锻合的径向拉应力影响区的长度范围,以表格的形式定量地给出了压下率与对称中心点应力水平的关系,为锻造工艺参数的确定提供了数值依据。
This paper carries out elastoplastic FEM numerical simulation for the process of upsetting cylinder forgings by means of ANSYS.From the calculation view point ,the stressstrain field in the forgings during upsetting is studied. The length range of radial tension stress effecting region in the forging with different height to diameter ratio is given.The tension stress effecting region is nearby the symmetry centre point and harmful to the crack elimination.The relation between relative pression ratio and stress level at symmetry center point is given, which can provide numerical basis for determining the forging parameters.
