摘要
在最大接触应力为1341MPa、滑差率为10%及油润滑的试验条件下,对在线全长余热淬火、热轧及稀土处理三种状态的PD3钢轨钢的接触疲劳行为进行了测定。通过对失效试样的分析,对钢轨钢的接触疲劳机制进行了探讨。试验结果表明,在线全长余热淬火工艺大大提高了PD3钢轨钢的接触疲劳抗力。
In this paper,the contact fatigue behaviors have been measured respectively for online and fulllength quenched after rolling directly,hot rolled and the RE alloyed PD3 rail steels under the conditions of maximum contact stress 1[KG8〗341 MPa,10 % creepage and oil lubricationThe mechanism of contact fatigue for rail steel has also been investigated by analysis of failed specimenThe test results show that the contact fatigue resistance of PD3 rail steel is increased greatly by online and fulllength quenching after rolling directly
