部分国家和地区经济刺激方案中的教育投资计划

摘要 2009年4月1日，联合国教科文组织总干事松浦晃一郎在伦敦G20金融峰会前夕，致信与会各国领导人，呼吁他们在应对金融危机的同时，不要忘记关注教育事业的发展。松浦晃一郎认为，目前投资教育事业不仅能刺激经济复苏，而且还有利于未来经济更为显著地增长以及世界长期稳定。
