摘要
提出了一种新结构液压缸——ZC型液压缸(锥面法兰支承液压缸)。对该新结构液压缸进行了弹性理论研究,提出了理论计算方法;实验与理论计算吻合较好。新结构液压缸为解决大型液压缸法兰破坏问题提供了一条有效途径。
This paper presents the design of a new hydrauliccylinder——ZC type hydrauliccylinder with a cone flange support and shows the results of research on this new hydrauliccylinders with elasticity theory and gives a method of theoretical calculation. It is shown that the experimental and calculated results coinide with each other. The new design offers an effective way for eliminating flange damage of large hydrauliccylinder
