经皮微创插入解剖钢板内固定治疗胫骨骨折 被引量:5

摘要 目的回顾分析解剖钢板内固定治疗胫骨骨折的手术疗效。方法对2005年1月-2007年7月共18例解剖钢板内固定治疗胫骨骨折进行分析。结果本组采用经皮微创方法治疗18例,平均切口愈合时间13d,平均骨折愈合时间76d,平均住院时间16d,与常规手术相比,有一定差异。结论微创钢板内固定治疗胫骨骨折,手术操作简单、安全,不进一步加重骨膜软组织损伤,骨折愈合快、无延迟愈合和不愈合病例,符合微创生物学内固定观点。 Objective Surgical effect of tibia fracture treated by anatomical internal plate fixation was analyzed retrospectively.Methods Eighteen cases of treating the fracture of tibia with the anatomical internal plate fixation from Jan.2005 to July.2007 were analyzed.Results The minimally invasive method was selected to treat the 18 cases with the average time of incision healing 13 d,fracture healing 76d and hospitalization 16d,and there was the difference to a certain degree,compared with routine surgery.Conclusion Treating the fracture of tibia with the minimally invasive plate fixation has simple surgical operation and is safe.It doesn't further aggravate the soft tissue injury of periosteum and the healing of fracture is fast,without delayed healing or no healing.Therefore,it is consistent with the view of minimally invasive biological internal fixation.
