腹横筋膜在腹股沟斜疝修补术中的解剖及临床意义

Anatomical and clinical implications of transveralis fascia in hernioplasty of oblique hernia

目的探索腹横筋膜在腹股沟斜疝修补中的解剖和临床意义。方法分析总结我院患者35例以充分解剖内环及其周缘腹横筋膜为基础进行修补的斜疝患者的临床资料。结果随访1年～6年,无1例复发。结论充分解剖内环及其周围腹横筋膜对斜疝修补术临床意义很大,值得提倡。

Objective To investigate the anatomical and clinical implications of transveralisfascia in hernioplasty of oblique hernia.Methods To evaluate the therapeutic effect of 35 cases with oblique hernia underwent hernioplasty depended on rectified anatomy of transversalis fascia in The People＇s Hospital.Results After 1-6 years,no recurrence was found.Conclusion Rectified anatomy of teansversalis fascia was very important in hernioplasty of oblique hernia.
