急性胰腺炎螺旋CT平扫的诊断价值

Diagnosis value of spiral CT scan for acute pancreatitis

目的探讨急性胰腺炎在螺旋CT平扫中的影像学表现特点。方法搜集并分析经螺旋CT平扫、实验室检查确诊的65例急性胰腺炎的影像学资料。结果弥散性胰腺肿大,胰腺边界模糊及左肾前筋膜增厚是急性胰腺炎最常见的CT征象,而胰腺内低密度坏死灶和高密度出血是出血坏死型胰腺炎的特征性表现。结论螺旋CT运用容积数据采集的方法,不受呼吸及胃肠道气体的干扰,解剖断面清晰,密度分辨率高,在急性胰腺炎的诊断中具有十分重要的作用。

Objective To discuss imaging features of spiral CT scan for acute pancreatitis.Methods Collection and analysis by the spiral CT scan, laboratory tests confirmed 65 cases of acute pancreatitis image data.Results Diffuse swelling of the pancreas, left kidney and pancreas fuzzy boundary before the thickening of the fascia is the most common acute pancreatitis CT signs, and low-density necrosis of the pancreas with kitchen and high-density hemorrhage necrotizing pancreatitis is a characteristic performance.Conclusion The use of spiral CT volume data collection methods, from breathing the gas and gastrointestinal disturbance,a clear anatomy section, the density of high-resolution, in the diagnosis of acute pancreatitis in a very important role.
