摘要
以异己烷为溶剂,进行30 t/d菜籽饼浸出中试研究。对浸出、溶剂回收,浸出毛油及粕质量及生产能耗等方面进行分析,综合评价异己烷作为替代溶剂的可行性。中试表明,异己烷浸出效果良好、各生产过程易控制和实现,浸出所得毛油及粕质量好,生产能耗低。作为一种新型食用植物油浸出溶剂,具有技术及经济优势和推广应用前景。
The pilot test of 30 t/d rapeseed cake with solvent of isohexane is conducted. Aspects of solvent extraction, solvent recovery, crude oil quality, meal quality, and energy consumptions are analyzed in the paper. The pilot test shows that iso-hexane has good performance in terms of extraction effect, process control, extraction fmished products and energy consumptions. It is worth to popularize as the replacement in producing edible oil by solvent extraction.
