Research progress in new technology of deacidification of rice bran oils

摘要 对米糠油脱酸技术研究的最新进展进行了综述。扼要介绍了生物脱酸、再酯化、溶剂萃取、超临界流体萃取、膜分离、液晶态脱酸等脱酸技术的研究。 The research progress of new technology in deacidification of rice bran oil were reviewed. The deaeidification technique such as biologic deacidification, reesterifieation, solvent extraction, supereritieal fluid extraction, membrane separation, and liquid crystalline slate were briefly introduced in the paper.
