反相高效液相色谱法测定油脂及饲料中BHA和BHT 被引量:1

摘要 利用甲醇超声一次提取样品中的BHA、BHT,并使用反相HPLC测定含量。试验结果表明:校准曲线在1.0~50μg/mL范围内相关系数〉0.9990,不同类型的样品的相对标准偏差〈4.70%,回收率在90%~103%之间,样品最低检出限在0.002~0.005g/kg之间。该方法样品前处理步骤简单,经济环保,测定快速,结果准确,适用于油脂及饲料中BHA、BHT的快速检测。 The antioxidants BHA, BHT were extracted from oil and feed by methanol and determined by reversed-phase high performance liquid chromatography(RP-HPLC). The results showed that linear correlation coefficients were above 0.9990 in the range of 1.0 - 50 μg/mL, RSDs of different samples were all less than 4.70%, the recovery rates were 90% - 103%, the lowest detection limit was 0.002 -0.005 g/kg. The method which is simple, rapid, accurate and economic is suitable for detecting BHA,BHT in oil and feed.
