子宫输卵管造影对女性不孕症的诊断价值

The value of hysterosalpingography on diagnosis of female infertility

目的探讨子宫输卵管造影在女性不孕症中的诊断价值。方法对240例患者行子宫输卵管低张造影并进行摄片分析。结果240例造影中,正常者19例(7.92%),子宫发育不良及畸形者8例(3.33%);宫腔内粘连16例(6.67%);有输卵管疾患者197例(82.08%)。结论子宫输卵管造影对女性不孕症的诊断具有重要意义,能为临床提供准确的影像学诊断,指导临床对不孕症的治疗。

Objective To analyze the value of hysterosalpingography on female infertility.Methods low-contrast hysterosalpingography and radiography was carried out for 240 patients and analyzed.Results Of all the patients, 19 eases（7.92%） were normal , uterine malformation, stunting and 8 cases（3.33%） ;intrauterine adhe- sions 16 cases（6.67% ）and tubal disease 197 cases （ 82.08% ）.Conclusion Hysterosalpingography has great value for diagnosis of female infertility and can provide an accurate clinical diagnostic imaging, clinical guidance on the treatment of infertility.
