老年冠心病患者非心脏手术的围术期管理

Perioperative management for elderly patients with coronary artery disease in non-cardic surgery

合并冠心病的老年患者施行非心脏手术在逐渐增多。如何最大程度地降低此类患者围手术期的并发症，对临床医生是一个很大的挑战。本文从术前评估与治疗、麻醉方法、围术期心血管事件的预测及术后镇痛等方面进行阐述。

The number of elderly patients with coronary artery disease undergoing non-cardiac surgery are progressively increasing.Reducing perioperative morbidity and mortality for these patients is a great challenge to anesthetists. Knowledge and familiarity with the preoperative evaluation and therapy ,anesthetic methods and the patient＇s clinical features are helpful for optimizing the perioperative management of these patients.
