髓系细胞触发受体-1（TREM-1）是主要表达于中性粒细胞、成熟的单核细胞、巨噬细胞，树突状细胞表面的免疫球蛋白超家族成员，在炎症反应的触发及放大过程及天然免疫中具有重要作用。我们主要对TREM-1的表达，信号通路及在脓毒症中的作用做了一综述。

Triggering receptor expressed on myeloid cells-1 （TREM-1） is expressed on the surface of neutrophils, mature monocytes, macrophages and myeioid dendritic cells. It belongs to the immunoglobulin superfamiiy and play important role in amplification of inflammation and innate immunity.
