摘要
基于铜(Ⅱ)对刚果红溶液与紫外光发生光化学反应的催化作用,建立了测定痕量铜的新方法。线性范围0-02ug/ml,相对标准偏差在0.49%-3.82%之间,标准加入回收率为97%-103%。用环境土壤标准样品对照分析,结果与标准参考值相符。
A new trace analysis method for copper was developed based on the catalysis of copper(Ⅱ)on the*photochemical reaction of Congo Red with UV radiation. The linear range was 0-0.2 ug/ml.RSD were between*0.49%t-3.82% in the standard sample analysis and the recovery were between 97%-103% in the standard addition analysis.*The results in the analysis of standard samples of environmental soil are agreed satisfactorily with the reference values.*
