腹内高压与腹腔间隔室综合征 被引量：2

摘要 5 ACS的诊断和腹内压监测 目前对ACS的诊断尚没有一个统一的标准,比较公认的诊断标准[13]：①有腹腔内脏器病变、严重腹部创伤或手术史;②腹部膨隆和腹壁紧张,腹腔前后径/横径≥0.8;③心率加快,心输出量下降,外周血管阻力增加;④气道压峰值〉40 mm Hg（1 mmHg=0.133 kPa）,低氧血症和高碳酸血症;
