医院消毒效果监测结果分析

Analysis on monitoring result of hospital degerming

目的了解医院消毒效果。方法按照卫监发[1999]第448号《消毒技术规范》抽查了黑龙江垦区内8个管理局及其下属的40所医院。结果40所医院6项指标检测结果:空气中细菌含量合格率81.67%;医护人员手带菌合格率83.75%;物体表面含菌合格率90%;使用中消毒液含菌合格率91.67%;紫外线灯管辐照强度合格率65%;医疗器械灭菌效果合格率97.5%。结论加强院内感染管理及消毒效果监测是降低医院感染率的最有效的方法。

Objective To study the effect of hospital degerming. Methods The effect of hospital degerming in 40 hospital affiliated of 8 management bureaus of Heilongjiang reclamation area was detected, according to the 448th sterile technique standard of state. Results The qualified rate of bacterial content in air , in hand of medical care people, in face of object and in using antiseptic solution was 81.67%, 83.75%, 90%, 91.67% respectively. The qualified rate of with uv light lamp and sterilizer was 65% and 97.5% respectively. Conclusion Enhancing hospital infectious management and sterile effect monitoring are the most effective to lowering infectious rate in hospital.
