摘要
在HAc-NaAc介质中。溴化十六烷基吡啶(CPB)对锰(Ⅱ)催化高碘酸钾氧化甲基蓝的褪色反应有强烈的增敏作用,本文研究了影响其反应速度的最佳条件,建立了测定锰的新催化光度法。方法线性范围为4.0x10-4-8.0x10-3mg/L,检测下限为2.07x10-5mg/L,可用于面粉和人尿中锰的测定。
A new catalytic spectrophotometric system for the determination of trace manganese(Ⅱ)has been developed.The method is based on the catalytic effect of Mn(Ⅱ) on the oxidation of methyl blue by potassium* periodate in the presence of CPB as sensitizer.
