中西医结合治疗多囊卵巢综合征不孕症临床观察

Combination of TCM and WM(western medicine) Treat Sterility of Polycystic Ovary Syndrome

[目的]观察中西医结合治疗多囊卵巢综合征不孕症的疗效。[方法]对照组用克罗米酚治疗;治疗组在克罗米酚的基础上配合中医药周期疗法治疗。[结果]克罗米酚诱发排卵治疗的基础上配合中医药周期疗法治疗,有促卵泡发育、促排卵、提高受孕率的功效。[结论]中西医结合治疗多囊卵巢综合征不孕症具有临床应用价值。

[Objective]To observe the cure effect of combination of TCM and WM treating the sterilily of polycystic ovary syndrome. [Method] The control group takes clomiphene; the treatment group takes TCM in periodical therapy on the basis above. [Result]On the basis of domephene inducing ovulation, coordinating TCM circle therapy can promote foliiculi growth, ovulation, and improve pregnant rate. [Conclusion] Combination of TCM and WM has clinical application value to sterility of polycystic ovary syndrome.
