大黄粉、白及粉与奥美拉唑联合治疗上消化道出血

Rhubarb Powder,Baiji Powder and Omeprazole in Combination Treat Upper Digestive Tract Bleeding

[目的]观察大黄粉、白及粉与奥美拉唑联合治疗上消化道出血的临床疗效。[方法]对60例上消化道出血患者分为2组,以大黄粉、白及粉口服联合西药奥美拉唑针治疗为治疗组。使用奥美拉唑治疗为对照组。其他常规治疗组同对照组,观察时间为5天。[结果]治疗组总有效率为89.20%,对照组总有效率为65.60%(P<0.05)。[结论]大黄粉、白及粉结合奥美拉唑对治疗上消化道出血有效好的疗效。

[Objective]To observe the clinical effect of Rhubarb Powder,Baiji Powder and Omeprazole in combination treating upper digestive tract bleeding. [Method]Divide 60 cases into 2 groups, the treatment group takes Rhubarb Powder, Baiji Powder and Omeprazole in combination,the control one only Omeprazole;set other routine groups for control too; observe for 5 days. [Result] The total effective rate was 89.20% for the treatment group, 65.60% for the control one. After statistical dealing, they had marked difference on cure effect（P〈0.05）. [Conclusion]Rhubarb Powder, Baiji Powder and Omeprazole in combination have good cure effect on upper digestive tract bleeding.
