医用几丁糖加中药熏洗治疗膝骨性关节炎52例

Observation of Traditional Chinese Herb Fumigation Combined with Medical Chitosan in Treating 52 Patients with Knee Osteoarthritis

[目的]观察医用几丁糖加中药熏洗治疗膝骨性关节炎的疗效。[方法]52例膝骨性关节炎患者均先行几丁糖关节内注射,1周后配合中药熏洗及理筋康复治疗,治疗时间20～30d,观察疗效。[结果]治愈25例,显效19例,有效6例,无效2例,总有效率96.1%。治疗后随访6个月至1年,未见复发或加重。[结论]医用几丁糖加中药熏洗对膝骨性关节炎有较好疗效。

[Objective] To observe the cure effect of Chitosan and herb fumigation on knee osteoarthritis. [Method] All cases were injected with Chitosan firstly, lw later coordinated with herb fumigation and tendon adjustment for 20-30d, then observe the cure effect. [Result] 25 cases were cured, 19 had marked effect, 2 no effect, total effective rate 96.1%. Followed up for 6m-1 year, there＇s no recurrence or worsening. [Conclusion] Medical Chitosan and herb fumigation have good cure effect on knee osteoarthritis.
