黄连素对代谢综合征胰岛素敏感性的影响

Berberine’s Effect on Insulin Sensitivity of Metabolism Syndrome

[目的]观察黄连素对代谢综合征胰岛素敏感性的影响。[方法]68例患者在常规控制饮食基础上,服用黄连素,并观察治疗前后血脂、血压、腰围及胰岛素敏感指数的变化。[结果]治疗后血脂、血压、腰围及胰岛素敏感性均有显著改善(P<0.01)。[结论]黄连素治疗代谢综合症有较好的疗效。

[Objective]To observe the effect of berberine on insulin sensitivity of metabolism syndrome. [Method] On the base of routine diet control to 68 cases, they take berberine. Then observe the change of lipid, pressure, waist size and insulin sensitivity index before and after treatment. [Result] All indexes above were markedly improved （P〈0.01）. [Conclusion] Berberine has good cure effect on metabolism syndrome.
