可膨胀髓内钉在17例肱骨干骨折中的应用

Dilatable Bone Nail Applied in 17 Cases of Humerus Shaft Fracture

[目的]探讨可膨胀自锁髓内钉治疗肱骨干骨折的临床疗效。[方法]对17例肱骨干骨折行可膨胀自锁髓内钉固定。[结果]17例病例均达到骨折临床愈合,无感染、桡神经损伤及骨不连发生。优良率88.2%。[结论]可膨胀自锁髓内钉固定可靠、疗效满意。

[Objective] To observe the clinical effect of dilatable bone nail on humerus shaft fracture. [Metbod] Fix the dilatable bone nail in 17 cases of humerus shaft fracture. [Result] All cases were cured clinically, without infection, musculospiral nerve injury or bone disconnection; the excellence rate was 88.2%. [Conclusion] The internal fixation of dilatable bone nail is reliable, has satisfying cure effect.
