摘要
[目的]观察手法治疗腕管综合征的疗效。[方法]48例患者均采用手法治疗,术后患部用神灯(TDP)照射20min。1次/d,10次为1疗程,观察疗效。[结果]本组48例经2～4个疗程治疗后,显效12例,有效32例,无效4例,总有效率为91.7%。[结论]手法治疗腕管综合征疗效较好。
[Objective]To explore the cure effect of manipulation on canales carpi syndrome. [Method] 48 cases take the manipulation, then the focal is radiated with TDP,once/d 10 times as a course; afterwards observe the cure effect. [Result]After 2-4 courses, 12 had marked effect,32 had effect, 4 no effect, the total effective rate was 91.7 %. [Conclusion] Manipulation has good cure effect on canales carpi syndrome.
