中药龙胆药效学及临床应用研究展望

Survey of Traditional Application and Modern Research of Radix Gentianae on Chinese Medicinal Materials

[目的]介绍了中药龙胆现代研究概况,为开展龙胆的进一步研究与开发提供参考。[方法]以国内外有关文献为依据进行整理和归纳。[结果]阐述了龙胆药效学、中药制剂、中药临床等方面的研究概况。[结论]目前关于龙胆的中药药效学、中药临床等方面已进行了较多的研究,但对道地药材严龙胆的质量评价、商品消失的原因及其中药资源种群动态变化方面的研究,相对来说比较欠缺,值得开展研究。

[Objective]To introduce the traditional application and modern research of Radix Gentianae and to provide reference to developing and researching Radix Gentianae. [Methods]We analyzed the number of representative literature home and abroad and summed them up. [Result]Studies about traditional Chinese medicinal application, traditional Chinese medicinal resources, chemical composition,pharmacodynamics, pharmaceutical preparation and clinic of Radix Gentianae have been generalized. [Conclusion] At present traditional Chinese medicinal resources, chemical composition, pharmacodynamics and clinic of Radix Gentianae have been studied a lot, but studies about quality evaluation, the reason of droping out the market and the dynamic of ecosystem of G. manshurica var. yanchowensis have been relatively carried out a little. And all of them deserve research.
