摘要
在三机架可逆连轧实验机组上,对H型钢的轧边—万能连轧过程进行了综合实验研究,探讨了轧辊线速度不平衡对连轧张力,连轧张力对前滑、翼缘宽展、力能参数的影响规律,得到了一系列轧边—万能连轧工艺资料,对H型钢的轧边—万能连轧工艺参数设计、自动控制系统连轧数学模型的建立以及轧机设计具有重要的参考价值。
A series of synthetically simulated tests on the edging-universal rolling process of H-beam has been carried out on the 3-stand reversible tandem rolling group using lead workpieces,the influential laws of difference between horizontal roll velocity and that of edging roll on rolling tension,rolling tensions on forwardslips,flange spread,roll separate forces are studied,a series of technological materials about edging-universal rolling process has been obtained.The above mentioned achievements are of important reference values in the technological design of edging-universal rolling process and the establishment of rolling mathematical models for automatic control system as well as mill design.
