摘要
简要介绍了５台小型步进式冷床在设计方面的改进措施，提供了关键部件的加工经验，提出了可靠的控制方法。
The improvement of design on five mini scale walking beam style cooling beds is introduced,meanwhile,the experience on manufacturing of key parts and the reliabl controlling method are offerred in this paper.
