高炉铁水的炉外处理是炼钢生产工艺优化的一个重要手段。在对高炉铁水脱硫处理前，要先除去铁水中的炉渣。本钢炼钢厂在混铁炉内安装挡渣设备，进行挡渣工艺试验，减少铁水中的炉渣量，降低铁水预处理过程中因前期扒渣造成的铁水损耗，缩短铁水预处理时间，提高铁水预处理生产能力。

The outer furnace treatment of molten iron in the blast furnace is an important way to imporve the steel-making process. Before desulfating molten iron, the slag should be eliminated. In Bengang Steel Plant, devices are equiped in the blast furnace mixer in order to push off the slag,also make experiments to test this process. As a result, the amount of the slag in molten iron is decreased, the loss of molten iron caused by raking out the slag at the early stage of molten iron preprocess is lowered, the period of molten iron prepress is shortened, the producing ability of the molten iron preprocess is improved. 
