摘要
ＴＬ型水套式离心选矿机是一种新型重选设备。主要特点是在离心机中加入一水套结构及施加反冲压力水，有效地解决了矿层板结现象，提高了选矿回收率。文中对分选原理、设备工作原理及其构造分别进行了论述，并对砂金、岩金选矿试验结果及在工业生产中应用情况均有介绍。实践证明，该机的研制和应用是非常成功的，可大幅度地提高单体细粒金回收率。
STL jacket centrifugal concentrator is a kind of gravity concentration equipment. It is characterized mainly by joining a jacket structure and putting recoil pressure water on it ,thus effectively keeping the ore layer from hardening and imperviousness and raising the recovery rate of oredressing.In this paper,the structure and the ore separating and working principles are described respectively.In addition,the results of the experiments of dressing rock gold ore as well as placer gold ore are introduced.It manifests by practice that the development and application of this machine is quite successful ,greatly improving the recovery rate of monomeric finegrained gold.
