颈外动脉选择性栓塞后鼻内镜下鼻咽纤维血管瘤切除术临床分析

The clinical study of nasopharyngeal fibromectomy with nasal endoscopy after selective transcatheter arterial embolization

目的探讨鼻咽纤维血管瘤手术前瘤体供血动脉栓塞的意义及鼻内镜下切除术的适应证及手术方法。方法回顾分析5例鼻咽纤维血管瘤选择性动脉栓塞后经鼻内镜行鼻咽纤维血管瘤切除术的临床资料。结果5例患者术中出血量均较少,平均出血183m。l术后5例患者随访1年～1.5年,均未复发。结论选择性动脉栓塞后经鼻内镜手术能减少术中出血,降低复发率,其内镜的微创技术更能减少手术给患者带来的痛苦。

Objective To assess the clinical significance of selective transcatheter arterial embolization （TAE） in juvenilenasopharyngealan giofibroma （JNA） before operation, and the use of nasal endoscopic surgery （NES） in JNA. Methods 5 cases of JNA underwent nasopharyngeal fibromectomy with nasal endoscopy after selective transcatheter arterial embolization were retrospectively analyzed. Results 5 cases underwent operation after selective embolization of blood supplying arteries and the amount of bleeding in operation was obviously reduced and the average amount was 183 ml. No Recurrence happened after 1 -1.5 years follow-up. Conclusion TAE and NES are important value in decreasing haemorrhage during operation, recurrence rate and suffering for patients.
