摘要 物料经蒸发、燃烧和焙烧除去有机物。焙渣用硝酸浸出可溶性杂质,金富集在渣中。用王水溶解金。金溶液用H2SO4和NaOH进行纯化处理,用亚硫酸钠沉淀金。金粉洗至无Cl-反应后,加稀硝酸煮沸30~60min,得到纯度99.95%以上的海绵金。 The materials are dried,burnt and subsequently roasted to remove organic substance as far as possible.The remnant is treated with nitric acid to leach solvable impurities.Gold is concentrated in the residue and dissoluted with aqua regia.The gold solution is purified with sulphuric acid and sodium hydroxide.The gold powder is precipitated with sodium sulphite ,and washed to chlorionfree,and subsequently boiled about 30 to 60 minutes in dilute nitric acid solution.The purity of obtained gold sponge is 99.95%
