过氧化氢法处理含氰污水的生产实践

文中对山东黄金集团有限公司三山岛金矿采用过氧化氢法对含氰污水酸化回收后尾液进行二次处理的应用情况、处理原理、生产影响因素及安全操作等进行了报道。近一年的生产应用情况表明，该法具有工艺操作简单、投资省、成本低等优点，能容易地将含氰（ＣＮ－）５～５０ｍｇ／Ｌ的酸化回收尾液处理到０．５ｍｇ／Ｌ以下，药剂费用为７．５６元／ｍ３。

This paper reports the operation practice,working principle,factors of influencing operation,safety operation etc.of treating cyanidecontaining wastewater by hydrogen peroxide process in SanShanDao Gold Mine of Shandong Gold (Group) CoLtdHaving been used in recent one year,this process is characterized by easy operating ,lower investment and agent consumption that can easily reduce CN- in acid tailing water after recovering NaCN from cyanide containing wastewater from 5～50mg/l to less than 0.5mg/l,and the agents consumption only costs 7.65Yuan/m3.
