摘要
目的探讨人文关怀护理在胎儿监护室的实施措施及其效果。方法选取在胎儿监护室进行监护的孕妇,试验组实施人文关怀护理,对照组实施常规护理,通过患者满意度调查表中的结果进行评价。结果试验组在护患沟通、服务态度、被尊重方面存在显著差异(P<0.01)。结论实施人文关怀护理,提高了孕妇的满意度及护理服务质量,充分体现了"以人为本"的整体护理模式内涵。
Objective To explore the applicationg and effect of humanist care in fetus monitoring ward.Methods To select pregnancies who in fetus monitoring word.All cases were dicided into the experiment group and the control group.Experiment pregnancies were applied humanist care,while control group pregnancieswere appled with regular care,then the satisfation degrees were evaluated by satisfation questiongnaires.Results There are statistic differences on nurse-pationt communication,enthusiasm servings,be repected （P〈0.01）.Conclusion Pregnancies satisfation degrees and nurse care. quality were increased through applying humanist care ,and which is the embodiment of holistice nurse style.
