高血压性脑出血36例急诊手术的配合及护理

目的总结分析高血压性脑出血急诊手术的配合及护理要点。方法36例高血压性脑出血急诊手术的配合及护理工作按程序进行,从术前准备、室内温度调节、麻醉配合、静脉选择及通道的管理、手术配合等方面严格按规程操作,做到有章可循,有条不紊,形成完整的护理体系。结果36例颅脑急诊手术的术前护理准备充分,术中医护配合默契,手术护理配合技巧明显提高,从而缩短手术时间,避免或减少了术中并发症的发生,确保手术的顺利进行。结论良好的手术配合和优质的护理有利于颅脑急诊手术的顺利实施。

Objective To summarize and analyze the nursing essentials of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage （HCH）emergency operation.Methods 36 cases of nursing can process according to the nursing procedure.From pre-operational preparation to indoor temperature adjusting,anesthesia cooperation,vein selection,duct management, and operational nursing, all can be manipulated strictly according to regulations, followed the rules and no turbulence.Finally,an integrated nursing system was formed.Results 36 cases of pre-operational preparation were sufficiency, the surgeons and the nurses can work in harmony, and the skills of operation nursing were increased obviously.As a result, the operational time was reduced;the syndrome was avoided or decreased.Consequently, the surgical operation can be processed smoothly.Conclusion excellent operational nursing and nursing care are propitious to practice the surgical operation of HCH smoothly.
