摘要
对70Cr3Mo精轧支承辊大面积剥落的失效破坏情况进行了较为深入的分析。阐明了轧辊内部存在的缩孔、气囊及热处理不当缺陷是造成轧辊剥落的主要原因。通过对支承辊工作条件下交变弯曲应力、接触应力的计算,揭示了支承辊剥落的疲劳失效实质。
It has been deeply analysed to the destroied condition of the heavy spalling on 70Cr3Mo backup roll of a finishing mill.This article suggested the main causes of roll spalling,which were gas holes,shrinkage pipes and the wrong heat treatment.Through the calculations of alternative bending stress and the contact stress,the fatigue central point of the backup roll spalling is reviewed.
