平炉—模铸生产深冲钢工艺落后、成材率低、成本高，为此重庆钢铁公司试用转炉—连铸生产深冲钢，取得了较好的效果。介绍了这一试验研究的工艺过程及产品的检验结果。

Open hearth furnace-mould casting process for making deep drawing quality steel is a backward process with low rolling yield and high production cost,therefore deep drawing quality steel has been experimentlly made by means of a converter-continuous casting process with good results being obtained.The technological process of the test development and test results of products are introduced.
