The construction of civil servants＇ administrative ethics occupies a very important position in the building of socialist moral construction of the whole,it has a direct impact on the social atmosphere,and determine the level of social moral standards.The thesis analyzes the phenomenon of civil servants＇ moral problem,explores it＇s causes,this thesis puts forward some valid paths from various perspectives on the construction of civil servants＇ administrative ethics in China.
