摘要
作为最基层的教育实施者,教师对教育管理应具有发言权。法律虽赋予教师以学校教育的民主管理权,但权利不具体也不具有足够的力量,教育行政权力却过于强大,这种不均衡的权力(利)配置已影响了教育本身。因此,教师的角色应以获得足够的权利为内容进行重构,以期制衡教育行政权力,更好地服务于教育。
The educational implementer-teachers,who are at the grass-roots level,should be the very person having the right to speak about the educational management.Although the law gives them the democratic management on the school education,it is not specifically and does not have sufficient power,while the educational executive power is so strong,such imbalance in the allocation damages the education itself.Therefore,the role of teachers should be reconstructed aiming at getting more sufficient power to check and balance the educational administration and provide better service.
