浙江省杭州市区无偿献血者梅毒螺旋体感染检测分析

Infection of Treponema pallidum among voluntary blood donors in Hangzhou

目的调查浙江省杭州市区无偿献血者梅毒螺旋体感染情况和流行因素。方法2002-2007年浙江省血液中心无偿献血者,总计754293人次,经梅毒螺旋体明胶凝集确诊试验和甲苯胺不加热血清试验确认,梅毒螺旋体IgM阳性为新近感染者。结果杭州市区无偿献血者梅毒总感染率为0.13%。在1007例感染者中,889例为新近感染,118例为既往感染。结论杭州市无偿献血者梅毒总感染率高于欧洲国家,新近感染率逐年上升,需加强对献血者的持续监测和献血前咨询。

Objective To investigate the Treponema pallidum infection status among voluntary blood donors and the risk factors related in Hanghzou. Methods A total of 754 293 volunteers donated blood at the Blood Center of Zhejiang province from 2002 to 2007, and the detection of Treponema pallidum infection was conducted among them by Treponema pallidum particle agglutination test （TPPA） and toluidine red unheated serum test （TRUST）. The Treponema pallidum IgM positive indicated recent infection. Results Among 1007 infected persons, 889 were infected recently and 118 were infected in the past, the infection rate increased by 3 times in 2007 compared with that in 2002. Conclusion The overall infection rate of Treponema pallidum among voluntary blood donors in Hangzhou was higher than that in European countries, and the recent infection rate increased year by year. So it is important to conduct consecutive surveillance and pre-donating consultation for voluntary blood donors.
