摘要
目的了解北京市昌平区健康人群风疹抗体水平及对风疹的免疫状况。方法采用分层随机抽样方法,抽查健康人群进行风疹抗体水平监测。结果昌平区风疹抗体保护率71.36%,抗体均值为63.84 IU/m。l结论不同年龄、不同职业人群风疹抗体保护率存在统计学差异。
Objective To determine the rubella antibody level and immunity to rubella among the healthy population in Changping district in Beijing, and provide the evidence for the development of rubella vaccination strategies. Methods Based on stratified random sampling, surveillance of rubella antibody levels was conducted among the healthy population. Results The protection rate of rubella antibody was 71.36% in Changping district; the geometric mean titer （GMT） was 63.84 IU/ml. Conclusion Significant differences were observed on the protection rates of rubella antibody among the people with different ages and occupations.
