梅花凸筋铜管成形工艺研究

Study on Deforming Processes of Plum Blossom－Shape Ribbed Copper Tube

通过对H62梅花凸筋黄铜管材的成形工艺试验，总结出利用国管坯一次拉伸成形的规律和影响因素，即管坯的壁厚、状态，延伸系数、工艺润滑及拉伸方法对凸筋充填率的影响．

Through test of deforming processes of H62 brass plum blossomshape ribbed tube, one drawing deformation law from the round tube blank. influence factors and their effects on tube Rib-height have been obtained. These factors include the wall thickness of tube blank,properties of material, elongating coefficient, lubrication condition and the drawing method.
