梯度回波序列在脊柱MRI中的应用

目的分析研究梯度回波CBASS序列在MRI腰椎检查应用中的应用价值。方法选650例脊柱检查病人,采用CBASS序列与FSE序列以同样的厚度、层数、矩阵、视野进行扫描,对扫描图像的信噪比、时间进行测量。结果对比观察表明,CBASS序列,其图像信噪比高,分辨率好,图像显得柔和,脑脊液与脊髓对比度高。结论CBASS具有较高的组织分辨率,能够更精确地显示各组织结构的微细结构,且具有对流体不敏感,扫描时间较短等特点。
