阿立哌唑与利培酮治疗精神分裂症疗效分析

目的探讨分析阿立哌唑与利培酮治疗精神分裂症的临床效果。方法将80例精神分裂症患者随机分为两组,经8周治疗。以CCMD-3精神分裂症的诊断标准,(PANSS)减分率评定疗效,(TESS)评定副反应。结果PANSS疗前与疗后评分均有显著性差异,疗后2、4、8周各项两组间比较均没显著性差异;副反应部分有差异。结论阿立哌唑与利培酮治疗精神分裂症疗效均好、副反应少,可根据疗效和反应程度不同选择使用。

Objective To discuss the Clinical Effect of Aripiprazole and Risperidone on Schizophrenia. Method 80 patients with Schizophrenia were randomly divided into two groups for 8 weeks. All the patients were selected in accordance with the CCMD-3 diagnosis standard. The clinical effect of patients were measured by the PANSS and the side effects were evaluated with the TESS. Result There was significant differences on PANSS between pre-and post-treatment, but not on any group of 2, 4, 8 week. Some side effects have significant differences. Conclusion Both of Aripiprazole and Risperidone show good effect and less side effects on Schizophrenia, so we can choose anyone according to curative effect and reaction degree.
