Exploration into the Factors Affecting Furance Campaign

根据高炉炉身、炉腰、炉腹的侵蚀机理，探讨高炉寿命问题。指出，高炉炉身、炉腰、炉腹的结构以及冷却设备及冷却方式选择恰当，高炉才能长寿；炉役后期定期对炉衬进行局部修补，是延长高炉寿命的有效措施。

In the light of the erosion mechanism of furnace shaft,waist and hearth,this article has explored into the factors which affect the service life of furnace.It concludes that the structure of furnace shaft,waist and hearth,the cooling system and methods of cooling are closely related to the furnace’s service life.And,regular mending of particular part of furnace lining during the later stage of furnace campaign is an effective measure to increase the service life of furnace.
